Stated Meeting – August

Our Stated Meetings are where the work—and the spirit—of Starfleet Lodge come to life.

In a setting inspired by the disciplined collaboration of Star Trek, we gather to conduct the business of the Lodge, share in fellowship, and advance the mission of cultivating light, knowledge, and brotherhood. Like a senior staff assembled in counsel, each meeting is purposeful, structured, and guided by respect for one another and for the Craft.

Before we convene, members and guests are invited to join us for lunch (typically a $20 cost per person) in Ten Forward – our beautiful anteroom. This informal gathering is an important part of the experience—offering time to connect, welcome new faces, and strengthen the bonds that make our work meaningful.

Our Stated Meetings typically include:

• Opening and closing ceremonies
• Lodge business and reports
• Education and discussion
• Opportunities for participation and contribution
